1. Order Placement

All cake orders must be placed via WhatsApp. To ensure timely preparation and delivery, a minimum notice period of 2–3 days before the event is required. Urgent orders may be accommodated subject to availability. Orders are considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received.

2. Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is payable via cash on delivery or pick-up when the cake is ready. Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa. Orders will not be processed until advance payment is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Customization

Pricing is based on cake design, flavor, size, and any special customizations. No fixed price; each order is evaluated individually. Additional decorations, special themes, or last-minute changes may incur extra charges. Customers will be informed of the final price before confirmation.

4. Color & Design Restrictions

Cakes with red or black themes may slightly transfer color onto hands or face. Original food colors are used, but slight transfer is normal. Customers who want to avoid any transfer are advised to choose alternative designs without red or black. If the customer insists on a color/design that cannot be fully replicated, SweetCakeBloom may provide a smaller cake instead, as per these Terms & Conditions.

5. Delivery & Pick-up

Delivery is available within City, and charges may vary depending on location and distance. Customers may choose to pick up the cake from our homebase setup if preferred. A photo of the cake will be sent for customer approval before delivery. Third-party delivery services (e.g., InDrive) may be used; in such cases, delivery risk lies with the customer. Estimated delivery times are provided, but SweetCakeBloom is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is made, it cannot be canceled. If the cake has not yet been prepared, the customer may reschedule the delivery date, but refunds are not available. Fully customized cakes are non-refundable once production has started. Any disputes regarding cancellation or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Flavor Mistakes

In the unlikely event that the flavor is mistaken (e.g., chocolate ordered but vanilla sent), the following applies: If the customer accepts the cake, no action is required. If the customer does not accept the cake, SweetCakeBloom will provide a replacement small cake free of charge, as per these Terms & Conditions. If the cake is partially eaten, complaints must be made immediately, and replacement or resolution will be provided based on the above policy.

8. Quality & Liability

Cakes are made using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The final product may slightly vary from photos due to natural ingredients or decoration process. If a cake is damaged during delivery by SweetCakeBloom, we will offer either a replacement cake or a smaller complimentary cake. After handover or delivery, SweetCakeBloom is not responsible for storage, handling, or consumption issues.

9. Photography & Marketing

SweetCakeBloom may use cake photos for marketing, social media, and website purposes. Customer identities will remain confidential unless explicit permission is given. Reviews may include customer first name or initials, only with their consent.

10. Complaints & Feedback

Customers must report any complaints within 6–12 hours of delivery via email: info.sweetcakebloom@gmail.com. Feedback helps improve service, and customer cooperation is appreciated.
